CCEL Program Options for UHP Students

Students in the University Honors Program have multiple ways to participate in programs connected to the Center for Community-Engaged Learning. If you are interested in participating in a National Student Exchange (NSE) program please consult with your Honors Student Advisor to make sure they will count as Experiences.

Community-Engaged Learning (CEL) Modules

Staff members in the Center for Community-Engaged Learning and the University Honors Program have designed several modules for students beginning in UHP as of Fall 2018 or later to qualify for UPH non-course experiences. Each CEL module encourages students to think more deeply about how they approach community engagement and how that impacts the work they do and builds on one another.

Students can complete their experience and all the CCEL module work and then launch the WorkflowGen process for Mentor-Supervised Activities. The WorkflowGen process will be finalized by CCEL.
